Brenda King-Electric Bassist
I currently I split my time between playing bass and production work (see production page), and play bass in the band "Sterns County 17." We have been playing monthly at the Halftime Rec in St. Paul, and just returned from a week in Las Vegas playing at a PBR related event.
I have had the pleasure of recording with very talented friends, and am always eager for more opportunities.

Molly Nova and the Hawk~ Minnesota Music Award winning rockin blues band, played at numerous Midwestern festivals and events including Chicago Blues Festival 3 consecutive years.
"Big John Dickerson and Blue Chamber"~ 8 piece swinging R&B featuring the worlds oldest teenager, two tours including Europe dates, local network affiliate TV appearances, Cannonball Records artist.
"Crow"~ Minnesota classic rock legends, hits include Evil Woman and Cottage Cheese, performed at festivals, clubs and numerous concert support appearances. I was in this band for 9 years.
"Uptown Manhattan" ~ "A" circuit R&B show band, performed at Adams Mark Hotels nationally, Atlantic City and Nevada casinos, major market dance clubs.

I have been playing music, primarily bass guitar since childhood, and live in Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA. I enjoy many styles of music including rock, funky and traditional blues, r&b, progressive country and folk music. My influences range from Led Zeppelin to Memphis Soul.
